It is our great pleasure to welcome you to the 2026 IEEE International Symposium on Integrated Circuits and Systems (ISICAS 2026), which will be held from December 4–6, 2026, in Torino, Italy.
ISICAS has established itself as a premier forum dedicated to integrated circuits and systems implementations, bringing together researchers, industry professionals, and students from around the world to exchange ideas, present innovative research, and discuss emerging challenges and opportunities in the field. The symposium continues its unique model of combining conference presentations with publication opportunities in leading IEEE journals, fostering high-quality contributions that bridge theory, design, implementation, and experimental validation.

Advances in Integrated Circuits and Systems: From Innovative Design to Real-World Impact
The symposium will feature contributions spanning a broad range of topics in integrated circuits and systems, including analog and mixed-signal circuits, digital and VLSI systems, biomedical circuits and systems, artificial intelligence hardware, communication systems, emerging computing paradigms, and system-level implementations. Particular emphasis is placed on practical implementations, silicon validation, experimental results, and demonstrated system performance.
Authors are invited to submit their work to the special issues and sections associated with ISICAS 2026, including IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems I, IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems II, IEEE Transactions on Biomedical Circuits and Systems, IEEE Transactions on Very Large Scale Integration Systems, IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems for Artificial Intelligence, and IEEE Open Journal of Circuits and Systems.
We warmly encourage participation from academia, industry, research institutions, and government laboratories. Through technical sessions, keynote presentations, and networking opportunities, ISICAS 2026 aims to foster collaborations that will help shape the future of integrated circuits and systems research and development.
