All accepted papers will be presented as oral presentations.
1Oral Presentations
Each presentation slot is 15 minutes in total, including questions and answers (Q&A). Authors are encouraged to plan their talk accordingly, leaving sufficient time for discussion with the audience. As a guideline, presenters may consider allocating approximately 12-13 minutes for the presentation, and 2-3 minutes for Q&A.
The session chairs will be responsible for keeping the sessions on schedule.
2Presentation Format
There is no mandatory presentation template. Authors may prepare their slides using their preferred format and style. The recommended formats are:
- Microsoft PowerPoint (.pptx)
- PDF (.pdf)
In case of need, Authors may use the Microsoft PowerPoint template provided below.
3Presentation Upload
Each session room will be equipped with a conference computer connected to the projector.
Presenters are kindly requested to upload or copy their presentation to the room computer before the start of their session. Instructions for advance upload, including a dedicated session link, will be provided prior to the conference. Alternatively, presentations may be copied to the room computer via USB memory stick before the session begins, preferably during the break immediately preceding the session.
To ensure a smooth schedule and avoid delays, the use of personal laptops for presentations is not permitted unless previously approved by the Technical Program Chair.
4Speaker Arrival
Presenters are requested to arrive in their assigned session room at least 10 minutes before the beginning of the session and introduce themselves to the session chair.
The session chair will provide instructions regarding presentation order and time management.
