Conference Registration
Registration for ISICAS 2026 is available through the official registration platform.
Registration Policy
- At least one author of each accepted paper must register at the full registration rate by October 26, 2026, for the paper to be presented at the conference and included in the relevant journals.
- Each author registration covers ONE paper only. A separate full registration fee is required for each paper, even if the same author presents multiple papers.
- Students may present papers, but they must register at the full registration rate. Student registration fees do not cover paper publication.
Cancellation Policy
- Registrations cancelled on or before November 16, 2026, will be refunded, less a €50.00 processing fee. No refunds will be issued after this date.
- Registration fees covering a paper are non-refundable.
- Substitutions are permitted. To request a name change, please contact isicas2026@pragmacongressi.it. A substitution does not waive any outstanding payment obligations.
- Registration fees are due upon registration. Participation is confirmed only after full payment has been received.
- The cancellation deadline also applies to cancellations due to visa issues.
